1) Telephone either of the numbers given to discuss your exact needs and to find out the weekly cost.
2) Ask for an assessment visit if you think this will be helpful. There is no charge for this visit.
3) Agree to our standard terms if you decide to proceed.
Invoices are normally sent out fortnightly, and we do not charge for cancelled visits (unless inadequate notice was given).
We operate a complaints procedure in the event of you being dissatisfied with our standard of care.
Remember that we aim to provide you with a good service which is flexible enough to meet your changing circumstances.
